Relocation Package Review
A structured reading of your German employment offer and mobility annexes — designed for professionals who want evidence before they counter or accept.
Learning outcomes
What you can do after the brief
- Explain each major allowance in household terms, not HR jargon
- Spot clauses that expire earlier than your lease or school calendar
- Compare stipend figures to current costs in your destination city
- Ask HR precise questions instead of broad “can we improve this?”

FAQ
Practical limits, answered plainly
Do you negotiate with my employer for me?
No. We prepare you to negotiate. Direct employer advocacy would create conflicts we intentionally avoid.
Can you guarantee a better package?
No. Outcomes depend on employer policy and leverage. We measure success by clarity of your decision, not by euro increases.
What is a real limitation of this program?
We do not provide regulated legal or tax filings. If your situation needs a German lawyer or Steuerberater, the brief will say so and stop short of advice those professionals must give.
How confidential is document sharing?
Files stay in a restricted workspace accessible only to your assigned consultant. We ask you to redact salary elements if your employer forbids external sharing — we can still work from structure and allowances.
“Module 02’s rent table for Düsseldorf was more useful than the generic cost-of-living index HR attached. I still wish they had more sample language for furnished leases — they sent external links instead.”
Platform-style note: ★★★★☆ — “Clear brief, honest about what they cannot file with the Finanzamt.”
